Domestic shipping (U.S.) = $2.50 International shipping: Canada = $4.00; Everywhere else = $8.00 Domestic orders over $100 are shipped for FREE. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Please allow 8-14 business days for order fulfillment and delivery as each piece is handmade. A confirmation email will be sent out with each order. All items are shipped out in sturdy personalized boxes or padded envelope. Additional fees will be applicable for express shipping. Some orders can be delayed due to Customs processing. Please contact us at plumflowercreations@gmail.com if you have not received your items within two weeks. |
| Refunds and Exchanges |
We will be glad to make an exchange for any items you are not completely happy with. Please email me at plumflowercreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. The item MUST be returned to Plum Flower Creations within 14 days of the shipping date in unused condition (including original packaging). Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
